I am obsessed with old barns. I like to imagine all of the history that has gone on behind the walls. Love affairs, injuries, hard work and heartache. This area of Minnesota is filled with them and they are especially beautiful in the winter and fall.

OMG I am SO with you on that! Nothing more cool than coming across an old building that you can poke around in and imagine what happened there.
When I went to Europe it was even more amazing because I could imagine back for centuries. Castle ruins are especially thrilling!
Nice pic! :)
I love old barns as well. If you poke around my photoblog, you will find one that I've done several photos of. If I ever have the time, I'd love to do a book of old barns I've run across.
Awesome photo!
I'm not into old barns.
I'm more into new, large, beautiful new homes. LOL!
I love old barns too. Back in middle of nowhere North Carolina where my grandmother is from they had tons of them. The air always smelled like someone was burning leaves too there. Heaven.
...serial killers, hidden trap doors, mad cow disease...I LOVE THEM TOO!
Gorgeous pic my love.
Beautiful pic. I love some old barns, too. I have a fantasy about finding one somewhere and turning it into a writing studio, maybe do some design work, too.
Amazing. Good eye!

Oh, I love that shot.
