A Touch of Autumn
This poor little leaf needs your help. I am working on a project right now and have considered using this photo. Shawn doesn't think I should use it. I am on the fence. Can you all help me decide? What do you think of this photo? Be brutally honest please. If you think it sucks let me know!!
Also, I was all psyched up to go on a nature hike today. A few days ago they were forecasting nearly 40. This morning they are saying 33. That isn't warm enough for me. Boo!

I like it. Don't know what the project is, but I say go for it!
Love the depth of field! The edges seem soft? Are my eyes fucked up? I love the pic! Nice leave, what kind of lens do you use for your Macro work?
Kat~ Thanks!
Bobby G~ The edges are soft. It isn't your eyes. I didn't even notice that before.
I wish I could use a lens. Pfff. I just have a Sony Cybershot with no interchangeable lenses. One day I will get a real camera. Then watch out nature! Muahhaha!
I guess it depends on the project but I like the leaf! This is coming from someone in FL who doesn't get to see cool stuff like that with no change of seasons here...
I don't know what your project is :)
I like the colors. If you're going for the fuzzy, not-crisp, look, you've got it.
I also just use a tiny little 7-megapixel Sanyo (see tomorrows post for the hilarity) but it takes nice pictures when it feels like it! If it zooms good on macro that day you're trying, it really gives a clear shot. But I, too , long for a big expensive camera...someday! After my darn kitten stops costing me money.
Its such a brilliant red isn't it? I love when nature makes that color, nothing quite like it.
Whats the project? If its about snow cones and clowns, then its not a very good picture to use.... just sayin... ; )
Yes, what's the project? TELLMETELLMETELLME....
Excellent colors. Not sure what the project is, though. Macro shot?
Wow the pics you take areally good for a dig point & shoot! those have come a LONG WAY!
I think I may know what you're working on, such is the benefit of being a Jill. Ummm I love this picture - I say GO WITH YOUR GUT!
I love it, the colour of the leaf itself is amazing, so vivid. The picture is awesome! :D
Wow. I assumed you had some $5000 camera with 300 lenses with the pictures you take. I think Rachael's right about the topic of the project. But still, it's a great picture.
I think it is a beautiful photo but what is the project for? I think that would help me help you decide
I think it's wonderful!
