What this blog does
So for some dumb reason I got it in my head last night that my blog URL needed to match my blog name. Seriously? I didn't for a second think of any of the reprocussions of changing it. Even the obvious ones like say, no one will no where I went and ones like, I will have to go back and add every single blog I read into my blog roll. Maybe I can blame it on being hung over? Yeah that's it. I am going to blame being hung over. When I am hung over I can't think straight.
I normally walk around with my camera in my hand or close enough I can get to it within 10 seconds and hopefully not miss any desired shots. This decision to post 100 photos in 100 days has turned me into a drunken, camera wielding alcoholic who is constantly at the ready. I don't even bother to put the camera down now. As long as I have a hand free for that drink I will have no problems and may just be successful in taking 1 million photos so I can pick 100 good ones.
Edit: Does anyone know why the spacing won't work in my post? It looks great when I compose it but when I publish it all mashes together. Help!

I am glad you left a comment this morning, since the link to your blog in my blogroll doesn't work any more. I live in fear of doing something stupid and wiping out all 400-something blog posts...Many if not most would be no big loss, but there are a couple I am rather fond of.
I think 100 photos in 100 days is a great idea...and it gets you to 200th post. Then you can post an additional 200 photos to celebrate that milestone, and before you know it, you will have set your self up to post 1 million photos! Cool!
Sorry. Was that too mean? My kids are always telling me I am mean...
I think I got the new one on my blogroll, but I also got an error notice, so I'm not 100% sure - I'll keep trying! I get your wanting everything to match - a desire for consistency at all costs rules my life!
I HATE BLOGGER FORMATTING! I have been driven to the brink by the very "mashing" problem you describe. I spend hours (ok, not HOURS, but lots of time) formatting my paragraphs and spacing so it's PERFECT, then when I hit publish, f'n Blogger just redoes it all for me. In a shitty way. If you figure out how to fix that let me f'n know.
Holy Drunken Posting Batman! Cat told me that I have to come follow you or baby Jesus will die...to which I pointed out that technically baby Jesus already died about 2000 years ago...but you seem like a cool ass chick so I am gonna follow you anyway.
I stand corrected, but I told her around 2000 years (I mis-quoted myself..how effed up is that), anyways, thanks for stopping by the bungalow. I am looking forward to your 100 pics in 100 days!
I saw the comment on my blog, and I would have seen it on Cat's as well, because there are times when I am a crazy comment stalker...
And cool. We got a $50 gift card to WalMart for Christmas. I hope that is enough to get my very own Jill!
I left a message for you on Cat's blog. Or not. I am becoming confused. It's a very good thing you have crazy comment stalking skills.
You say "camera wielding alcoholic" like it's a bad thing...
I use livewriter (windows only) to do my posts and they usually come out just like they should. Under blog settings, are you converting line breaks? You could play with that setting and see what happens.
Spacing not working = you are overdue for more wine!
Really, do I have to keep telling you these things?
I'd think you'd know. :op
I actually moved all my posts from blogspot to typepad. Well not all, as in some just disappeared, nice. Oh and I was sober the whole time. Glad you found your way back.
Stopped over from Cat's place. I think I'm going to make a resolution to be a drunken, camera-wielding housewife too, looks like fun!
Wow, what a total bonehead move. I feel so much better about myself now :)
Seriously, shit happens. I know that most everybody (myself excluded) has made a mistake of similar consequences.
Cat said I'd kill baby Jesus if I didn't follow you and I've already killed a clown and it's only the second day of 2009, so here I am.
The 100 photo thing is a great idea. Especially with booze.
Right now it is lingering between zero and ten below. But it is gorgeous and sunny all five and a half hours of daylight.
It's also much colder than normal. Which is not surprising. I seem to cause hotter and colder than usual weather wherever I go.
Last winter it was a little warmer in Anchorage than Minneapolis for much of the winter. But I was living in Tucson at the time, where it was warmer than normal. Told ya.
